Growing up, every student faces the same big question: who am I, and who do I want to become? There are more options open to them than ever before — but very little clarity on which one is actually theirs. Parents want to help, but many grew up in a different world, and find it hard to guide their kids through this. That gap can lead to real emotional pressure, for the student and the parent both.
Today, most of the help available is a career aptitude test. It's been around for years, but it was never built to answer these questions — it gives a label, not understanding.
We built The Growing Up Project to do this differently. Our goal is simple: help a student truly understand who they are, so they can make an informed decision about who they want to become — and get a real feel for a path before they commit to it, not after.

Every session follows a written safety and referral process. If a student shares something serious, we inform the school's counsellor and principal straight away.
We don't diagnose or offer therapy. We help students understand their feelings, and we work alongside the school's counsellor, not instead of them. Photos of students are only shared with written permission.
