There are more options open to them than ever before — but very little clarity on which one is actually theirs. Parents want to help, but many grew up in a different world, and find it hard to guide their kids through this. That gap can lead to real emotional pressure, for the student and the parent both.
Today, most of the help available is a career aptitude test. It's been around for years, but it was never built to answer these questions — it gives a label, not understanding.
We built The Growing Up Project to do this differently. Our goal is simple: help a student truly understand who they are, so they can make an informed decision about who they want to become — and get a real feel for a path before they commit to it, not after.

Hriday holds a Master's in Entrepreneurial Leadership from Babson. Across 4+ years of work, including startups in the career-exploration space in the US and India and consulting for early-stage founders, he has built a strategic, analytical practice with a strong grounding in finance. He designs the career-readiness thread — helping students connect self-understanding to the real choices ahead.

No. We're built to run alongside whatever your school already has — not instead of it. If you have a counsellor, our monthly report is designed to make their job easier, not compete with it.
No. Everything we report — discovery findings, session themes, one-on-one patterns — is shared only with your leadership team, and never identifies individual students.
Depends on the tier. A 1-day workshop needs one day. The monthly programme is built around a single visit day per month, plus a short teacher session at the end of that same day — we don't ask for separate blocks of staff time.
