What it is

A single day, in person, with one grade at a time. Students go through a structured written survey and a guided conversation, built to help them say how they're really doing, not what sounds right.

It's also genuinely a check-in. A real chance for us to sit with your students and understand what's shaping their choices right now, before anyone asks them to choose a stream or a career.

To be clear, it's not
  • A clinical or diagnostic assessment, and not therapy or clinical counselling.
  • A replacement for a school having its own in-house counsellor, long term.
  • A guarantee of a specific outcome for every student. It's a structured first step, not a resolution.
How the day works

Arrive & settle

Ground rules first: no right or wrong answers, nothing shared outside the room. Trust before anything real is asked.

Write, honestly

A private, guided reflection. Not a form to fill in, a real space to think.

Talk, and be heard

Small groups first, then the whole grade. Students hear they're not the only one feeling what they're feeling.

We report back

We put everything together into a plain-language report for your school. Not shared same-day, this takes real thought.

Direction & future

Nothing a student writes is shared outside the room unless they choose to. What comes back to your school is a summary report, not a copy of what each student wrote.

Why it counts

Grounded in what NEP 2020 actually asks for.

This isn't a loose claim. A few specific things the policy actually asks of schools:

  • Career guidance built into the school experience itself, available to every student, not delivered through a single aptitude test.
  • Guidance that starts early and builds progressively, roughly from Class 8 through Class 12.
  • Guidance grounded in a student's actual interests, strengths, and self-understanding, not just academic performance.

The Discovery Session is one concrete, honest way to act on this. It's a real, structured first step, not the whole multi-year journey NEP describes, and it produces something your school can actually hold onto.

Pricing

Deliberately affordable.

This isn't priced to be a revenue line. It's priced so that trying it is an easy decision, and so a full grade costs less than what most schools already spend on a single event or workshop.

Minimum ₹15,000 per session. Capped at ₹30,000 per day, however large the grade.
