In order: we run a discovery session with your students, design group sessions from what it shows, hold private one-on-one conversations for students who need them, and send your leadership a monthly report — built with input from your teachers and staff along the way. Nothing here is conceptual — every part below is something we've actually delivered.
Every student in the grades we're working with takes part — this is a space for them, not a test on them. We come to your school in person to meet the students and run it ourselves, face to face, not a link sent out and forgotten.
What you get back: a plain-language picture of how your students are actually doing on confidence, pressure, and belonging — grade by grade, not name by name. No session gets designed until we've seen this.

Any student can request a private, one-on-one conversation with the facilitators — voluntary, not assigned.
What you get: a channel for the things students won't say in a room full of classmates. In practice, this is often where the most serious concerns surface first — before they show up anywhere else.
A written, plain-language report to you and your team every month — no jargon, no individually identifying data. Before we write it, we also speak with your teachers and administrative staff, so what we report reflects what's actually being seen day to day, not just what came up in sessions.
What you get: a clear answer to three questions every month — which grades need attention, what's shifting, and what we'd recommend doing next. These reports can also support your school's own reporting and audits, as evidence of what you're doing to meet NEP counselling requirements.
